My ultimate goal is to help my clients transform the way they participate in their lives, so that they can show up with more joy, gratitude, energy, and purpose for themselves.


As your coach, I will work with you to create a personalized plan that incorporates all aspects of your life, including your diet, exercise routine, stress levels, and overall well-being. We will focus on creating sustainable habits leading to long-term success rather than short-term fixes.

Together, we will identify any obstacles or challenges hindering your progress and develop strategies to overcome them. I strongly believe in the power of self-care and will work with you to incorporate practices that increase feelings of self-love and self-worth.

My holistic approach considers your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe in the mind-body connection and will work with you to cultivate a positive mindset and reduce stress and anxiety. My goal is to empower you to take control of your health and make choices that align with your values and desires. I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.

What is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach?

According to the Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, “Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.”

What does it mean to work with you as a Health Coach?

According to the CDC, six in ten adults in the US have a chronic disease, and four in ten adults have two or more.

Our current healthcare model is a sick care model. There needs to be more time in doctors' schedules to counsel people on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, activity levels, stress, and supplements. This is where Health Coaches can help! Health Coaches have more time to create personal interactions, which can be essential when making sustainable change. Health Coaches also know you are the expert in your care. We follow your lead so that changes become sustainable lifestyle choices. 



How is my information kept confidential?

I use a client management platform called Practice Better, which helps me to ensure all your health information is kept secure & confidential. You can check out more here.

What can I expect when working with you?

 Our sessions together might look like this:

  • Exploring your personality to help you unlock your character strengths.

  • Setting short & long-term health goals.

  • Creating routines to help sustain goal achievement.

  • Discussions around boundaries, relationships & self-care time.

  • Sleep hygiene.

  • Nourishment.

  • Letting go of harmful habits.

  • Honoring your body with movement.

Each session flows to support you and your well-being; coaching has a fluidity that comes as the coach-client relationship builds. Therefore, I offer three or 6-month programs. 


Do you prescribe treatment?

 A little note on what I don't do: I do not treat or prescribe for clients. With your permission, I make suggestions based on your health goals; however, I am not a physician, therapist, pharmacist, or psychologist. That said, I often ask for health markers from my clients to help me better understand their internal health. If perhaps, while working together, I come across a health marker that has caught my attention, I might encourage you to seek the assistance of your doctor. When this occurs, we meet your health goals congruently while you work with your physician.
